Description of the Agriturismo Vinci

Double bedrooms, two bedrooms, one bedroom plus a single bed, one with two beds. Each apartment has kitchen, dining table, sofa, air conditioning, television, bathroom. In addition, the facility includes a terrace with panoramic view on the Stagnone, a gazebo with table, garden with lawn, barbecue and playground for children.

The request must include:

Name, address, date of arrival and number of guests;

Payments

After receiving the confirmation e-mail of the availability of the room, the customer will pay an advance deposit of 30% of the total amount. On receipt of this amount it will be sent to the customer e-mail a confirmation of booking. The final payment will be done directly at the beginning of the total amount.

Minimum period of stay

The minimum stay is generally equal to one week and usually goes from Saturday to Saturday.

Arrival and Departure

Unless otherwise agreed, the operations of arrival and departure should be made:

Check-in between 16.00 and 18.00 ;

Check-out by 12.00.

Number of people - Replacement of persons

Only the number of people agreed when the booking is made will stay on the ground. Their numbers (adults and children) can not be greater than that of the beds indicated in the description of the room, except children under 2 years, if it is specifically requested at the time of booking and prior authorization of the owner. Any substitution of person during the rental period is forbidden, unless previously agreed with the owner.

One who makes the booking is for all intents and purposes the head of the group and represents the group people who will receive with him the room.

The care of children and their satefy is entrusted exclusively to the parents in no case can be called into question the owner or manager of the chamber.

Pets are not allowed.
